Still Life-Cycle Triptych

Still Life Cycle Triptychs features a large array of flowers (including many native Australian varieties) in varying stages of their life-cycles, which have carefully selected and photographed. The digital record of these images was then erased by computer software, reclaimed and finally re-presented as 84 images grouped into 28 triptych works. Each central photograph is correlated with "crashed" images either side, reflecting its content.

The digital capture, erasure and reclamation of these flowers plays with the notions of digital re-interpretations and re-depiction of the natural order by technological means.
